Rebekah loves encouraging, empowering, and uplifting women through her Health & Fitness Coaching. Rebekah is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who enjoys daily workouts, dancing, archery, fishing and getting outdoors! If you can’t find her doing any of those she’s with her four boys most likely at one of their sporting events. Just listen for her cheering from the sideline and it won’t be hard to miss her!

As well as Health & Fitness, Rebekah is also an Independent Beauty Consultant. She has always found joy diving into her creative side with makeup! Now she helps other women build that joy & confidence with skin care and makeup as well.
